Aqeedah (Islamic Creed) And Khatm e Nabuwwat

Aqeedah is a fundamental Islamic term that denotes the basic principles of faith and the firm
conviction of the heart.

The belief in the Finality of Prophethood (Khatm-e-Nubuwwat)—the conclusion of the chain of
Prophets—is definitively and continuously proven (Mutawatir) by authentic Ahadith, just as it is
by the Quran. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) announced in extremely clear
terms on various occasions that he is the Last Prophet and that the door of Prophethood has
been sealed forever after him.

Mirza was a religious leader from undivided India who founded the religious movement known
as Ahmadiyya (or Qadianism).
